Bonn, March 3th - 5th, 2017
/01 What
The Beethoven Sprint is an invitational sprint taking place March 3-5 at the kitconcept office in Bonn, Germany. The focus of the sprint is to work on plone.restapi, plone.server and the Headless CMS.
Beethoven Sprint has been designated a “strategic” sprint by the Plone Foundation.
The Beethoven sprint in Bonn will focus on the idea of Plone as a Headless CMS. More specifically we plan to work on the following issues:
- A technical roadmap to the Headless CMS
- REST API design
- REST API testing
- REST API documentation
- REST API frontend examples and tutorials
- SDK / Starter Kits for Angular 2 and React
The Beethoven sprint has been declared a "strategic" sprint by the Plone Board of Directors, because the sprint covers topics that are considered vital for the future of the Plone CMS.
